“My daughter has loved working with trainer Bob ever since day 1! He pushes her physically and mentally, and does it with humor and care! Bob cares for her as an athlete, person, and friend. My daughter has also gained strength in every way possible since beginning with HMF. Bob structures athletic style workouts, power workouts, agility, and slow/heavy style lifts for her to prepare for college softball at the d1 level. She’s always excited to share her new successes with weight and rep-counts from workouts with Bob. Last week she said she had squatted 185lbs for 10 reps, and in her notes from last year she was doing 185lbs for 1/2 reps. The proof is obvious with how well he has developed her.
