Zumba classes combine awesome music with cardio dance moves for a fun fitness workout. Each Zumba class is designed by our instructor, Jennie Kaczmarczyk, to bring people together to have a great time while burning calories. We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the music takes over, you’ll see why Zumba classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check. It’s a 30 minute total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Feel awkward about dancing? Don’t worry about it! Seriously. Just have fun.
