Student Athlete Team Workshops

6-12 People, 30 minute sessions


Elementary, Middle, High School, and College age athletes are all eligible for team conditioning workshops – swim, dance, cheer, track, cross country, football, basketball, baseball, soccer, and every sport in between! The athletes involved will be educated on the basics of what a safe & effective physical conditioning program should be about. Within the limitations of a group setting, we will emphasize the form, function, and purpose of each exercise in order minimize the chance of future athletic injury. We’ll build up muscle strength & flexibility, joint stability, and cardio-respiratory endurance in order to increase athletic performance. The workouts will be specifically tailored to the physical requirements and unique movements of the specific sport. Finally, the sessions will be fun, challenging breaks from regular team practices – unlike anything they’ve ever done! Cancellation Policy

Please review our cancellation & reservation policy carefully!

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel a personal or small group training session otherwise the session will be charged. The session can be rescheduled or postponed if 24 hours notice is given. For partners, accommodations can be made if one or more participants have a cancellation.

To reserve a group class, a minimum of 8 people must be paid at least 24 hours in advance of the chosen time. There are no refunds or make-ups if you cannot attend your scheduled class, but you do have the option for someone take your place. This applies to team workshops as well, with 16 participants being the minimum paid in advance.

These policies are in place to keep adherence to your workout programs and achieve consistent health results. These policies also exist out of respect for both client and trainer schedules.
