Small Group Fitness Training

Heavy Metal Fitness offers small group workout sessions of 2-4 people. Working out with a small group of friends at HMF can be fun and supportive, but you still get the personalized attention of a trainer. Small group sessions are structured around your group’s health & fitness goals. Build strength, flexibility, joint stability, and endurance. Our certified personal trainers provide positive feedback, accountability, and motivation in a private environment. Workouts are challenging, but made to work at the group’s fitness level and safety concerns. A good workout is both exhausting and invigorating, but we strive to make each workout fun. Groups of 2-4 People
30 & 55 Minute Sessions
We do not assign random groups of people together. Training with your friends or family (instead of strangers) ensures that everyone is comfortable with each other.
Small Group Training may be a good fit for you if you:
- Don’t like to work out in front of a lot of people
- Want your friends and family to help you stay accountable
- Need guidance on proper form, technique, and program design
- Would like a more cost-effective personal training option
PRIVATE
When you’re here, the studio space is YOURS. You are not sharing it with anyone else except your group. You don’t have to wait for equipment or listen to someone else’s music.
PERSONAL
A certified personal trainer will be with you during your entire session to guide you through custom workouts, correct form, and provide extra motivation and attention.
POSITIVE
