bob and tracy kaczmarczyk, personal trainers

Heavy Metal Fitness was born from a desire to change the world for the better. Owners Bob and Tracy Kaczmarczyk want to help you change your life, become healthy, and achieve the best YOU possible. It’s going to take some work, a little sweat, and a lot of determination, but our trainers can guide you through it. Let’s work together!

Trainer Bob began his personal training career in 2009 as an independent contractor while Tracy pursued graphic design. Heavy Metal Fitness was Bob’s idea, a blend of his love for lifting weights and heavy metal music. Bob honed his exercise repertoire and Tracy designed him a logo to suit his brand. The idea of Heavy Metal Fitness grew, evolved, and took on a life of its own. Bob and Tracy decided to open up their own studio. Heavy Metal Fitness opened its first physical location in 2015. Since then we’ve been working hard to provide you with the motivation, accountability, and awesomeness necessary to meet your fitness goals.

You Are So Worth It!!!
