- Drink Regularly: Don’t wait until you’re thirsty.
- Use Electrolytes: Replenish lost minerals if you’re sweating a lot.
- Monitor Urine: Gross, yes, but light yellow means you’re hydrated.
- Eat Hydrating Foods: Include water-rich fruits and veggies like melons, grapes, and squash.
