Each recipe and meal plan has been created by a Registered Dietician for health-related goals. In each meal plan you’ll receive: 5-7 days of meal ideas & timing, typically including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, & leftovers; delicious recipes paired with a gorgeous photo of each meal; grocery shopping list; macro nutrient breakdown for each day; meal plan tips and plan-ahead food prep guide; meal leftovers scheduled throughout the 7 days to reduce cooking; and supporting evidence for dietary recommendations.
