Beat the heat this summer and hydrate with our favorite homemade sports drink!

Fill most of a 32oz reusable bottle up with ice and water. Add several teaspoons of natural honey, a few small pours of organic lemon/lime juices, and 2-4 pinches of pink Himalayan salt. Shake and serve!

It’s everything the body needs on hot days and perfect for athletes throughout the year. Make sure you drink before, during, and after activity to maintain hydration levels. This drink is much more cost effective then popular sports drinks, which also contain too many  artificial ingredients.
