Quit Monkeying Around
Do you ever feel like you’re just monkeying around when it comes to an at-home workout? Never fear! Trainer Bob (and his furry friend Simón) can help out. We met Simón in Cancun 2016. Follow Simón’s workout for an increasingly challenging circuit style routine. 30 seconds each exercise per circuit, rest in between circuits. Repeat circuits for double the workout.
Warm Up:
Jog in place
Arm Circles
Side-to-Side Shuffle
Jumping Jacks
Circuit 1:
Stationary Lunges
Push Up
Side Plank
Dead Bug Hold
Side Lunges
Circuit 2:
Push Up into Side Plank
Forward Lunge to Reverse Lunge (same side)
Supine Leg Rows
Side Lunge to Curtsy Lunge
Circuit 3:
Push Up Burpees
Skater Jumps
Bicycle Crunches
Cool Down:
Plank
Glute Bridge
Stretching: quads, inner thighs, glutes
